سُورَةُ الرَّحۡمَٰن

English — Saheeh International

The Most Merciful

English — Saheeh International

Taught the Qur'an,

English — Saheeh International

Created man,

English — Saheeh International

[And] taught him eloquence.

English — Saheeh International

The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation,

English — Saheeh International

And the stars and trees prostrate.

English — Saheeh International

And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance

English — Saheeh International

That you not transgress within the balance.

English — Saheeh International

And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.

English — Saheeh International

And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures.

English — Saheeh International

Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]

English — Saheeh International

And grain having husks and scented plants.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

He created man from clay like [that of] pottery.

English — Saheeh International

And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

He released the two seas, meeting [side by side];

English — Saheeh International

Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

From both of them emerge pearl and coral.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

And to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

Everyone upon the earth will perish,

English — Saheeh International

And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

We will attend to you, O prominent beings.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah].

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

This is Hell, which the criminals deny.

English — Saheeh International

They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree].

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Having [spreading] branches.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In both of them are two springs, flowing.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

As if they were rubies and coral.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

Is the reward for good [anything] but good?

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Dark green [in color].

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In both of them are two springs, spouting.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

In them are good and beautiful women -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Fair ones reserved in pavilions -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Untouched before them by man or jinni -

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

English — Saheeh International

Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets.

English — Saheeh International

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

English — Saheeh International

Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.
